Single Leg V-Ups

Extend the opposite leg up until the sole of your foot meets your partner’s.
Lift your shoulders off the floor, reaching toward your partner to form a V position. Lower down with control and switch sides.
Hip-to-Hip Lifts

Use your core strength to lift your hips up and over to the other side.
Toe-to-Toe Rolls
Start in a hollow-body position with arms extended overhead and legs squeezed together.
Keep your toes connected with your partner’s as you roll through one direction (side, tummy, side, back), then reverse back.
Plank Patty Cake
From a plank position, face your partner.
Lift one hand at a time to high-five your partner, alternating sides.
Keep your torso as still as possible while maintaining core stability.
Partner Squares (Advanced)
Facing opposite directions, grab your partner’s ankles.
Engage your core and extend your arms to stay stable.
The person on the bottom sits up, pressing the top person into a 90-degree L position, creating a "box" shape together.
