🚀 Elevate your inversions

Updated: Jul 28, 2023

Are you familiar with the frustration of tapping the silk with your foot to get over in your inversions? Possibly you've been working on core conditioning, but it still feels like something's missing. That sense of ease and control seems elusive. Whether you've personally experienced this or witnessed your aerial students do it if you teach - I'm here to help!

Recently, I shared the 8 common types of inverters, and now, I have something exciting in store for you! 🤸‍♀️✨ I want to offer you valuable exercises that specifically target the Melty Arm inverter type—the one where your arms tend to give out mid-way through your inversion, resulting in low hips and the need to rely on your foot for support to get you over.

If you're eager to conquer this challenge and want a sneak peek of what my online Inversion Method course offers, click below to see the video!

Exercise #1 | Negative Pull-Ups - right had on top, left hand on top & center If you're not up for a full pull up yet that's ok! Hop up and lower down slowly aiming to take 3-5 counts to lower.

Exercise #2 | Hang Time - right had on top, left hand on top & center

Draw elbows down towards hips as you elongate your neck. Goal a 10 second hold in each position, if you can do longer, fantastic!

Exercise #3 - Hand Weight Series - 5-15 lbs. weights suggested (2.2 kilo - 6.8 kilo)

  • Biceps Curls

  • Diagonal Bicep Curls

  • Shoulder Press + Hold

  • Lunge Triceps Extensions + Pulses

*Aim for 10 of each, if that feels like not enough go for more reps or 2-3 sets of the series.

Are you tired of struggling with your inversions, experiencing setbacks instead of the graceful airtime you desire? I have a solution to transform your inversions and take your aerial skills to new heights!🤸‍♀️

But don't just take my word for it. Listen to what Lauren (@laurenl1256) had to say about her experience: "They were terrible, I was unable to invert in the air and had a total flop of an inversion. The course was so worth the investment! I love it!" 💬

If you're determined to make inversions your focus and improve your aerial artistry, I'm here to guide you every step of the way! Participate from anywhere in the world, at your convenience. Plus, your access to the course materials won't expire, so you can revisit them whenever you need a refresher or an extra dose of motivation. Get ready to press play and witness your progress unfold!

Let's conquer your inversions!

Aerially yours, Jill
